What's it about: A household is thrown into chaos when its longtime maid starts acting crazy.
Who's the boss: Set in an upper-class home in Chile, this film focuses on the maid, Raquel (Saavedra), who has been with the family for decades and who does as she pleases. But when she starts suffering migraines and the family hires a second maid to help her, she goes crazy with jealousy. This drama has its comic moments, but it's really a fascinating psychological power struggle for control of the family between the strong-willed Raquel and her passive employer (Claudia Celedon). It's full of surprises, most of them coming from the deliciously deadpan Saavedra as the moody Raquel.
Long story short: It's so hard to find good help these days.
