Once pin-thin, Teri (seen here in Miami) is now beautifully buff, thanks to 30 minutes of cardio plus strength training each day. The mom of one also occasionally does some, well, pole work to spice up her routine. “I like to hike and work out at the gym,” she explains, “but I get bored easily. That’s when I started taking stripping classes.”
