What's it about: A comic-book-loving nerd develops super-powers after participating in a drug trial - and decides to use them to help mankind.
Illusion: Les (Rapaport) becomes more - capable of levitating, of reading people's minds, of walking through walls. So he creates his own costume and begins taking on evil-doers in his neighborhood. But there are people out to stop him: the evil Suits, in league with the police to stop a true hero from fulfilling his destiny. Or is Les the victim of a bad reaction to an imperfect drug that is turning him into a dangerous loony? When the truth becomes clear, this odd, downbeat movie gets even darker and more depressing. It's like "Heroes" - but with a central character who has a mental illness.
Long story short: This movie is completely avoidable.
