All eyes were on Lady Gaga at the 13th annual Accessories Council Excellence Awards (ACE Awards) at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York on Monday, where the "Poker Face" singer picked up the Stylemaker Award. And she didn't disappoint -- she showed up with her undies on the outside of her outfit... and a big ole Brillo-y 'do.
